Meet The Chef
Born in Bogotá, Colombia, on October 26, 1994, Chef Sebastián García developed a passion for cooking at an early age, inspired by his family roots and cultural heritage.
Trained at the Higher School of Hospitality in Bilbao, Colombia, he later enriched his culinary journey with a specialization in French cuisine and pastry at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu in Madrid.
With experience alongside multicultural chefs, Sebastián García now offers a refined fusion cuisine, blending French influences, Mediterranean flavors, and international inspiration.
At L’Opera Royal restaurant in Marbella, he expresses an elegant and creative culinary vision, where each dish reflects the diversity, technique, and passion that define his journey.
